Eligibility Requirements

Account Registration
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

PlugPoint reserves the right to suspend accounts containing false or misleading information.
Power Bank Rentals
All power banks remain the property of PlugPoint at all times.
Customers are renting the power bank and do not obtain ownership of the device.
The rental period begins when a power bank is dispensed from a PlugPoint station.
The rental period ends when the power bank is successfully returned to an authorised PlugPoint station.
Return Policy
Power banks must be returned within 24 hours of rental.
Power banks may only be returned to authorised PlugPoint stations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the return process has been completed successfully.
Customers should retain any return confirmation provided through the app or station.
Late Return Charges
Additional fees may apply after the initial 24-hour rental period.
Late charges may continue until the power bank is returned.
Outstanding balances may be charged to the payment method linked to the customer's account.
Repeated late returns may result in account restrictions.
Lost or Unreturned Power Banks
Power banks not returned within 30 days may be considered permanently lost.
PlugPoint reserves the right to charge the replacement value of the device.
Outstanding rental fees and administrative charges may also apply.
Customers remain responsible for rented equipment until it is successfully returned.
Damaged Equipment
Customers are responsible for any damage caused while the power bank is in their possession.
Power banks must not be modified, dismantled, tampered with, or intentionally damaged.
Repair or replacement costs may be charged where applicable.
Damaged equipment must be reported to PlugPoint immediately.
Battery Safety
Do not expose power banks to water, fire, excessive heat, or hazardous environments.
Do not puncture, crush, dismantle, or modify the device.
Stop using the power bank immediately if it becomes unusually hot, leaks, or appears damaged.
Report any safety concerns to PlugPoint customer support.
Payments and Charges
By using PlugPoint, customers authorise PlugPoint to charge their selected payment method for applicable fees.
Charges may include rental fees, late fees, replacement costs, taxes, and administrative fees.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Failed payments may result in suspension of service.
Refund Policy
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
PlugPoint reserves the right to refuse refunds where services have been used correctly.
